RING 22 UPDATES and NEWS - PLEASE READ EVERYTHING!
THANKS to all of you for making our recent RING 22 club meeting (June 21, 2022) another tremendous success - YOU make the difference and it is sincerely appreciated! With 32 in-person attendees and our friends attending online, we all enjoyed seeing and sharing some excellent magic! KEVIN PRIMM did an amazing job as our spotlighted performer, and we all enjoyed an excellent and beneficial “Mystery Workshop” with JASON ABBOTT as well as an informative discussion moderated by VP FRED LENTER. As always, many of our club members presented some great magic on our wide-open stage, and the mayhem continued at our AFTERGLOW at the nearby tavern (The Hideout). We’ll be featuring another EXCLUSIVE and OUTSTANDING guest lecture with famed Brazilian magician BERNARDO SEDLACEK (at the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 749 W. 14 Mile Rd., Clawson, MI). He’s an amazing magician presenting and sharing all kinds of magic. This is a MUST-SEE event. Our cost, payable at the door, will be only $10 for ANY and ALL current IBM or SAM club members (this includes our friends from nearby clubs); $20 general admission for non-members and guests. PLEASE HELP - RING 22 NEEDS VOLUNTEER MAGICIANS!
Once again, RING 22 has been asked to supply magical entertainment at TEMPLE ISRAEL’s LABOR DAY FAMILY FESTIVAL, from 11:00 AM - 2 PM, on Monday, September 5, 2022 (5725 Walnut Lake Rd, West Bloomfield Township, MI 48323). Volunteer performers (that’s YOU!) can present your magic anywhere (indoors or outdoors), for large and/or small friendly crowds and for any length of time at their beautiful synagogue and facility. Your family members and guests are welcome - everything is FREE and FUN for the ENTIRE FAMILY! In addition to magic, there’s food, pony rides, games, music, and a wonderful time. Our club will receive a substantial financial donation for our participation and your help will be greatly appreciated!
